Bumps All Over Pitbull Puppy

I am having the same problem with my pit she has the bumps all over her skin on her head, sides, under by her belly etc. I have been looking on the net trying to figure out what is wrong. Bumps all over pitbull puppy. My blue nose pit bull has developed a lot of hard bumps under his skin-was just a few but now getting worse. They don't seem to itch or bother him at all but he has a lot on his head and I am noticing them all over. I can touch or press or squeeze them he doesn't care. They are not pussy or wet at all.
